I have been with Torresat for the last couple of years but recently seem to be having problems with losing channels and the programmes breaking up. Am considering my options and looking at Superbeam and also the possiblity of having some sort of satellite dish installed. Can anyone recommend a good installer or give advice on what you have that works?
We've also had Torresat for a couple of years now with the signal originally coming from Quesada......last year we experienced problems with lost channels and the programmes breaking up, but after a slight modification, free of charge, from our original installer, we now get our signal from Crevillente......perfecto! easy solution without further expense.
We are with Torresat also and have had the same problems - losing channels, picture breaking up - they have been out twice now to try and resolve the problem and for a few days it is fine then things start going wrong again. I was thinking of looking at the free to air channels that they have in the UK as I understand that you can get them here with a big enough dish. We have a large solarium so figured it would go there. Am loathe to use a company without a recommendation as there seem to be so many here doing it but are these just people who jumped on the bandwagon when TelMicro disappeared or are they trained installers? Would be interested to know if anyone has had free to air installed and if so who they used and a rough cost?
My friend has just had some sort of Freesat installed by a guy called Ian of Totally Digital - he used to work for Doctor Digital but is now on his own. He was very professional and my friend was happy with the price that he paid. Not sure of his phone number at the moment but will try and get it and post it on here.

Bus Service - Torrevieja to Alicante Airport (El Altet)
From Monday 23rd May there will be a regular bus service running from Torrevieja to Alicante Airport. The first bus will depart daily from Torrevieja at 7am with buses every two hours thereafter (9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm, 5pm, 7pm, 9pm). Buses from the airport to Torrevieja will depart at 8am, 10am, 12noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm and 10pm. The service will operate every day of the year. The bus will leave from the Bus Station at Calle del Mar 50, Torrevieja. The fare will be €6.79 one way (cheaper than a taxi!!!!). The bus will use the CV905 and A7 motorway rather than the slower coast road (N332). For more information telephone 965 710 046.

Is there a choice of curries available? My partner only really likes mild curries (korma!). Also is the normal menu still available or just the curries?

Yes the normal menu is still on so there plenty of choice if your partner don’t like the curry. You have a choice of chicken or beef balti or chicken or beef madras. Hope this helps.
