I would be very interested to know how many people in the area have voted today. I think that it is a shame that the none Spanish seem to have been missed out with the election and would like to know if many voted. I for one would like to get involved for next time, this is home for a lot of us now.

Haven't been to The Black Bull myself yet but have heard good reports about their carvery and VERY reasonably priced. Market Street in San Miguel very nice 8/10 and Vestry in Algorfa again nice 7/10.

As you all know it's been a rough few months from rouge builders to water leaks and new floors but we have finally done it and the new pole dance studio is ready and waiting to go.
I will be having an open day on Saturday from 12pm-7pm so now is your chance to come and see what this pole lark is all about.

It will be a free pole jam so you get to come along and meet the students so far and have a go yourself. We will also be having some performances from our students with the rountine they have learnt so far and I will also perform :oS

Guardamar Beach
With summer fast approaching and the weather hopefully becoming more settled, now seems like a good time to remind people of the danger of the undercurrents in the sea at Guardamar.
Only yesterday the sea claimed another fatality, an English man who was pulled from the sea but unfortunately died.
Those coming on holiday to the area particularly need informing and should you rent out your property to holidaymakers, it is advisable to warn them.
Lets have a safe summer....
I for one have no idea how to register to vote or if indeed I have to....I am registered on the empadronamiento and have residencia. Does this give me the right to vote? I am hoping to arrange a meeting with the residents office in Benijofar and this will be one of the questions I will be asking, for the future. I will then post the information here.
