With summer fast approaching and the weather hopefully becoming more settled, now seems like a good time to remind people of the danger of the undercurrents in the sea at Guardamar.

Only yesterday the sea claimed another fatality, an English man who was pulled from the sea but unfortunately died.

Those coming on holiday to the area particularly need informing and should you rent out your property to holidaymakers, it is advisable to warn them.
