SEXERCISE IS COMING TO SPAIN

Julie Matier is a highly qualified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Yoga Therapist. She has continued to train and grow in the Fitness Industry, about which she is passionate, for the past 30 years. Julie opened her own health club in Belfast in 1996 for ladies only - the first of its kind in Ireland! It still operates successfully today under new management. Julie has also traveled the world working on Cruise ships as a fitness manager teaching fitness to all nationalities.

A change of direction came when Julie experienced a serious back condition and she decided to study Yoga and Pilates to help correct her problem. In 2000 she became a qualified Yoga teacher, YTTC and went on to study yoga therapy for back conditions. She now lives completely pain free.

Julie teaches YOGALATES in a class format several times a week here on the Costa Blanca and also sees clients with more serious back conditions on a one to one basis. Remember you don’t have to have a back condition to enjoy the benefits of YOGALATES!

Her latest fitness brainchild is SEXERCISE! Julie explains, “Both myself and my clients need aerobic exercise to burn fat and use up lots of calories due to the fact that we all love to eat! We were a bit bored with the same old aerobic moves and music. I have just turned 50 this year and to be honest I wasn’t really looking forward to it but that has all changed. Since devising the SEXERCISE concept I have become a lot more confident and comfortable I my own skin, I’ve lost 7lbs and my shape has really changed too. I feel more sexy and confident at 50 than I did at 20!
