Can anyone recommend any good rental agencies for long term lets or does anyone know of any private individuals who would like to rent out their property (min 3 beds and pool preferred).Not Monte Azul or Lo Crispin.

We are currently renting and I must say that I found it difficult to find rental agencies. If you google it, you dont get much coming up. We are due to move out of our current rental at the end of the summer and I would be interested too in any recommendations for rental agencies.
I agree - you talk to people and they say that there are loads of rental properties out there but when you try to find one, no luck. There are 1000´s of properties that seem to be sitting empty - where are the owners? I know that renters sometimes get a bad name and I am sure that there are some rogue ones out there but for those of us who pay rent regularly and look after the properties, it is difficult. There used to be hundreds of properties listed in the free papers but now you are lucky to find any. And the number of agents dealing with rentals seems to be going down too.
